Shipping Fees
Delivery is free for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, we charge a flat rate shipping fee. All delivery prices include GST.
Auckland: $7.00
North Island (excluding Auckland): $12.00
South Island: $16.00
Rural: $18.00
Deliveries
We currently ship throughout New Zealand, sending from Auckland. We aim to post your order as soon as possible.
We use NZ Post as our courier of choice. All packages are tracked, and you will be sent an email contacting details on how to track your order status and expected delivery times.
We are not currently shipping internationally.
Please note that once the order has been picked up from our site, The Planted Pot can no longer take any responsibility for the item/s. Please leave a note for the courier driver if you have any special instructions. This can be done during the checkout of your order.
